Using the Reclaimist process manufacturing waste is transformed into premium yarn. Resulting Reclaimist fabrics represent a leap forward in recycled cotton quality and feel. Inspired by this innovation, We built an entire collection crafted from recycled cotton.

The earth is a dynamic, living system with finite resources that must be protected; supporting Organic cotton is among one of the many things we can do to register our vote for a healthier planet.

• Our Vietnam production facility is one of Vietnam’s leading textile manufactures with a strong commitment to maintaining best practices related to workplace conditions, systems excellence and product quality. Their commitment extends to the community at large through their student scholarship program, financial aid for child-care and investment in renewable energy.

• Established in 1992, our Hunan partners are one of the most experienced bag makers we work with.   Specializing in scaled production, they have helped us bring 100% organic cotton bags to market at a highly accessible price.

• This factory is WRAP certified. WRAP is an independent, objective, non-profit team of global social compliance experts dedicated to promoting safe, lawful, humane, and ethical manufacturing around the world through certification and education. WRAP’s primary focus is their certification program, which is the largest of its kind in the world mainly focused on the apparel, footwear, and sewn products sectors. All dying is certified to Oeko-Tex Standard 100.

Mexico Factory

• Our Organic Tee factory has offices in both California and beautiful Baja California, Mexico.

• All of the knitting, dying and cutting is done in the USA, and the sewing and finishing is done in Mexico. As a true vertical manufacturer with their own in house knitting and cutting facility in California, they are able to tightly control their finished fabric quality.

• The Mexico facility consists of 200 trained employees capable of producing approximately 350,000 premium tees a month.

•  The yarn for our Organic Cotton Tees is imported from India.  Using the best yarns results in a consistently, high quality jersey knits with the softest possible hand.

• All dye lots, once received, are wash-tested for both color fastness and shrinkage.

Pakistan Factory

• We have been working our factory in Pakistan since our founding in 2006. For over a decade we have collaborated to perfect & refine our organic cotton/recycled polyester blended fleece (made from Global Recycling Standard GRS certified recycled polyester).

• All dying is certified to Oeko-Tex Standard 100.

• This factory is located in Lahore, the provincial capital of Punjab, Pakistan, which is widely considered to be the cultural, historic and architectural hub of the country.
